Our Warehouse

 

Within the TriActive America warehouse we store, stage and ship our exercise stations.We have a 19,000 square-foot warehouse located near the corporate headquarters in California.  Our warehouse and shipping staff play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive only the best quality products as quickly as possible.

We are constantly reviewing our warehouse layout and storage systems to optimize the capacity and efficiency with which we can processes orders.  Our goal is to get fitness equipment orders into customer hands within 14 days of receiving the purchase order.

Using innovative racking systems we are able to store hundreds of pieces of equipment .  Having such a large quanity of product on-hand allows us to fill orders quickly so our customers don't have to wait for it to be manufactured and shipped to us before it can be sent to an installation site. The warehouse also has multiple staging areas, which means that several orders can be processed at once. 

  
Our Committement to Quality

TriActive engineers regularly meet with our component manufacturers to review the processes and standards related to design conformance, material and construction quality, powder coating and safe delivery.  When the assembled equipment arrives in our warehouse, each piece is unwrapped and thoroughly inspected before being accepted and stored.  After a customer order has been received, a second staff quality check is conducted in the staging area. At this time, each piece of equipment is inspected again and then bubble wrapped and placed on a pallet. Prior to the pallet being placed on the truck for delivery, a third staff quality check takes place to ensure that all equipment will make it to its destination safely.
