Use this equipment to perform a standard squat. Raise the handles higher to perform a shoulder press. Within this range of motion, the rising platform provides progressive resistance. Also designed for bicep curls, shoulder shrugs, and other exercises. Safer than free weights, you can perform biceps curls, shoulder shrugs, traditional squats, and go for the intense squat-into-shoulder-press!
