Customer Service - Outdoor Fitness Equipment

We at TriActive America are committed to providing the highest level of customer service possible. Simply put, our customers are treated with respect. Your phone call will be answered promptly by a courteous and knowledgeable team member who will be able to assist you--or we'll find the appropriate person who can. Our corporate sales and customer service hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, PST. 

As an added service, we can provide a free sample design layout for your proposed project. The final document is a 2D/3D image that provides a graphical representation of what your installation should look like. These layouts are helpful when presenting projects to a committee, council, association, colleagues, etc.

We also offer an online space planner. This free, self-guided service allows you to prepare custom space plans for your site using a simple online interface, making it easy to share your plans with others. This planner can also help us in preparing detailed equipment quotes for you.

We can answer any questions you might have regarding the equipment, it's use, ordering, installation, surfacing, safety, and/or pricing. When necessary we can arrange for one of our local representatives to visit you directly.
