We promise you'll always be able to talk to a "live" person when you call our offices during normal business hours (8:00am-5:00pm - PST). We will respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner with accurate, thorough information.

As an added service, we will provide one free proposed sample design layout per proposed project. The layout is a 2D/3D image that provides a graphical representation of what your installation could look like. These layouts are helpful when presenting projects to a committee, council, association, colleague, etc. We Also offer a do-it-yourself planning solution found here .... Self Guided Planning. If you use this online, self planning tool you receive a 5% discount on your equipment order.

We can answer any questions you might have regarding the equipment, it's use, ordering, installation, surfacing, safety, and/or pricing. We can also arrange for a representative to visit you and provide custom site layouts for your project. Our corporate sales and customer service hours are 8:00am-5:00pm PST.
